稀土系离聚体引发下的甲基丙烯酸甲酯聚合反应动力学
STUDIES ON THE KINETIC OF POLYMERIZATION OF MMA INITIATED BY THE RARE EARTH METAL-CONTAINING IONOMER
【摘要】 报导了稀土系钕、铕、铽离聚体分别在CCl4存在下引发甲基丙烯酸甲酯的聚合反应,对影响反应的各种因素、反应机理及反应动力学进行了研究。不同合成方法,即以丙烯酸丁酯-丙烯酸共聚物为基础再经离子交联而得的稀土离聚体(方法Ⅰ)及以丙烯酸丁酯与盐基性单体丙烯酸稀土盐经共聚而得的稀土离聚体(方法Ⅱ)在同等条件下其引发活性有显著差异。
【Abstract】 The Nd, Eu, Tbionomers based on the P(BAcoAA) can initiate the polymerization of MMA in the presence of CCl4. The free radical polymerization mechanism was demonstrated and the effects of various reaction conditions on the rate of polymerization, conversion and molecular weight were studied. The kinetic equation of polymerization can be expressed as: Rp = k·exp(-67200/RT)0.051.72m (in this experiment m = 0.12-0.06) The different synthetic methods affect greatly the initiation behavior of ionomers in the polymerization.
