聚酯型Gd(Ⅲ)配合物的合成与表征
SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF POLYESTER Gd(Ⅲ) COMPLEXES
【摘要】 将二乙三胺五乙酸双酐与五种分子量不同的聚乙二醇共缩聚,制得聚酯型大分子配体,配体与GdCl3·6H2O反应,生成相应的配合物,并测试了配合物的弛豫速率.结果表明这些配合物比现用于临床的磁共振成像造影剂Gd(DTPA)具有更高的弛豫速率.
【Abstract】 Five new polyester ligands were prepared by the condensation polymerization of diethylenetriaminepentaacetic dianhydride with PEG of various molecular weight (Mn).By the reaction of these macromolecular ligands with GdCl 3·6H 2O,the corresponding metal complexes were obtained.Preliminary results showed that the relaxivity of these macromolecular gadolinium complexes were higher than that of Gd(DTPA) which is widely used in clinical diagnosis.
