【Abstract】 Optical bistability with 100ps switching time has been observed in ZnS/ZnSe stratified grating at room temperature for the first time,the origin of the optical bistability is attributed to "band filling" caused by the nonlinear absorption of the material and reflection occured among the multilayer films.更多还原
