【摘要】 功能性消化不良是一种人群中发病率很高的消化系统症状群，其发病机理未完全阐明，本文通过对２７４２例各类型功能性消化不良患者的胃粘膜的幽门螺杆菌感染情况作分析，发现动力障碍型ＨＰ阳性率６５．３％，溃疡型ＨＰ阳性率７４％，胃食管反流型ＨＰ阳性率２４％，特发型ＨＰ阳性率２１．４％，前两型与后两型的阳性率差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０５），而前两型之间阳性率差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５），说明ＨＰ与动力障碍型和溃疡型功能性消化不良的关系密切，ＨＰ是功能性消化不良的重要致病因素之一。初步探讨ＨＰ感染导致功能性消化不良的发病机理，提出对顽固性功能性消化不良患者可给予抗ＨＰ治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to study the relation between the functional dispepsia(FD) and Heticobacter Pylori(HP) infection,2742 patients with dispepsia symptom caused by various factor were investigated The results showed that dysmobility type and ulcer type have a higher HP infection rates(65 3% and 74 0% respectively) than G E reflun type and unspecified type (24 0% and 21 4% respectively,P<0 05) But there is no statistical difference in the HP infection rate between dysmobility type and ulcer type(P>0 05) These suggest that functional dispepsia may be related to the HP infection and in the case of refractory functional dispepsia,the anti HP treatment should be considered.更多还原
