中磁筒式高效磁选机的应用

【摘要】 大厂 10 0号矿石中磁黄铁矿含量高 ,严重地影响选厂生产指标 .采用 ZCT中磁筒式高效磁选机为磁选设备的粗粒磁选工艺 ,不仅磁黄铁矿的脱除率高 ,达到 77.11% ,而且锡、铅、锌在磁性矿物中的损失少 ,仅分别为 1.76% ,3.0 7% ,1.56% .由于脱除磁黄铁矿后 ,排除了它对后续浮选和重选作业的影响 ,因此锡、铅、锌指标明显提高 ,回收率分别提高了 6.38% ,1.32 % ,4 .79% .同时 ,明显地减少了浮选药剂的用量 ,减少了对环境的污染 ,取得良好的经济效益和社会效益 .

【Abstract】 In the ore of Dachang No. 1 0 0 ,the content of pyrrhotite is very high, which has severely affected the production indexes in the mineral processing plant.In the coarse particle magnetic separation process,ZCT highly effective drum magnetic separator of medium intensity has been applied. Not only the removal rate of pyrrhotite is high (77.1 1 % ) but the loss of Sn,Pb,and Zn in magnetic minerals can be lower,only 1 .76 % , 3.0 7% and1 .5 6 % ,respectively.Because of the removal of pyrrhotite,its influence on the following- up flotation and gravity separation can be eliminated. Recovery of Sn,Pb and Zn can be increased by6 .38% ,1 .32 % and4.79% ,respectively.Meantime,the consumption of flotation reagents can be obviously reduced,which lessens the pollution to the environment. As a result,good economic benefit and social effect can be obtained.
