110kV 无分压型光纤电压互感器的研制

【摘要】 介绍一种新型的用于110kV以上高压光纤电压互感器的原理、系统及有关试验结果。它不用电容分压,以110kV以上的高电压直接加到BGO晶体上,采用硅橡胶复合绝缘瓷套作高压绝缘支撑,内充SF6绝缘气体。该互感器体积小、重量轻、输入阻抗高,在80%~120%UH测量范围内,其相对误差在±0.2%以内;SF6压力在0.20~0.30MPa范围内变化时,其相对误差在±0.15%以内;运行稳定性在±0.3%以内;并通过了继电保护的动态模拟实验。

【Abstract】 In this paper, a new type of optical voltage transformer (OVT) which is used in the 110kV above is introduced. It is different from the ordinary OVTs. The high voltage is directly applied on the electrooptical crystal (Bi 4Ge 3O 12 ) sensor without any divider. A new type of the silicon rubber insulation filled with SF 6 gas is employed for high voltage insulation. The principle, system and testing results are presented. It is of small volumn, light weight and high input resistence. Its relative deviation is ±0 2% from 80% to 120% of the rating voltage. When the pressure of SF 6 varies from 0 20MPa to 0 30MPa, the relative deviation is less than ±0 2%. The stability of system is ±0 3% and have passed dynamic simulated test of relay protection.
