【Abstract】 Partial discharge (PD) detection is one of effective means to monitor the insulation of GIS. Ultrahigh frequencies (UHF) PD signals propagate in the GIS coaxial system not only in the transverse electric and magnetic (TEM) mode, but also in the high order modes (TE and TM). In this paper, the transmission mode of UHF electromagnetic waves generated in GIS by PD are analysed and measured.更多还原
