【Abstract】 142 patients were operated on for the unresectable cancer of the head of pancreas during the past eight years. Theplanned procedure Roux-Y cystojejunostomy or hepaticojejunostomy and gastrojejunostomy were carried out at the same time onthe patients. The results were encouraging and the mean life time was 8. 2 months long.
