大直径薄形陶瓷制品的制作技术
Making Technology of Ceramics with Full Diameter and Thin Wall
【摘要】 对大直径、壁薄的陶瓷制品在工艺过程中难以成型,容易变形、碎裂的原因进行了分析,采用特殊工艺措施研制出性能优良的高真空气密性陶瓷零件,并获得满意的合格率。
【Abstract】 The causes for difficulty to molding and liable to deforming and disintegrating during the process of making ceramics with fall diameter and thin wall are analyzed. The ceramic elements with high vacuum airtightness and fine quality have been developed by adopting special processing. The satisfied percent of pass has been got.
