复合轴控制系统应用研究

【摘要】 复合轴控制是提高光电跟踪系统跟踪精度和控制带宽的一种有效手段,尤其在光束定向器系统中,不仅要求系统要稳定地跟踪上动态目标,而且必须将光束锁定在目标的某一点上,这对控制系统的要求是非常高的,必须采用双或三复合轴控制方式。本文从应用角度叙述、分析和讨论了双检测型复合轴系统的主、从结构模式、视场和带宽匹配以及稳定性问题,并给出了应用设计方法。试验结果表明,系统总跟踪精度达到±2″(RMS),较一般光电跟踪系统提高了一个数量级。

【Abstract】 The composite axis control is an effective approach for improving the tracking accuracy of the photoelectric tracking system and the control bandwidth.Especially in the beam director system,not only the system will closely track the dynamic target,but also it will lock the beam on the certain point of the target.This is a very high demand for the control system so the double or three composite axes control must be adopted.From the point of view of application.the master and auxiliary constitution mode,the matching between the field of view and bandwidth,and the stability,are described,analyzed and discussed in the paper.The applied design method is also given.The testing results show that the total tracking accuracy of the system is as high as ±2″ (RMS).It is one order of magnitude higher than that of the general photoelectric tracking system.
