用ARS法分析光纤面板表面粗糙分布
Analysis of the Surface Micro Roughness of Optic Fiber Panel with Angular Resolved Scattering(ARS) Method
【摘要】 使用光散射空间分布自动测量系统对液晶光阀大屏幕投影系统中使用的光纤面板的表面在入射平面内的微分散射分布进行了测量。该系统的测量灵敏度优于10,线性动态范围达60dB,使用角分布散射方法(ARS)分析了光纤面板的表面粗糙分布特性及其对象质可能造成的影响。
【Abstract】 The measurement of the differential scattering distribution within the incident plane of the optic fiber panel used in the large screen projection system with liquid crystal light valve is carried out by means of the automatic measuring system for light scattering and spatial distribution.The measuring sensitivity of the system is better than 10 and the linear dynamic range can be as high as 60dB.The surface roughness distribution characteristics of the optic fiber panel and its possible influence on the image quality are analyzed by using the angular resolved scattering method.
