【Abstract】 Two blades of the low-pressure rotor of steam turbine No. 4 fractured in Shajiao A Power Plant. The chemical composition and metallurgical structure of the fractured blades were analyzed.Electron-probe analysis was also conducted. The results indicate that the enriched aluminum in the blades decreased the impact toughness of the material, which led to the failure of the blades.更多还原
