液压挖掘机工作装置仿真
Simulation of the Working Equipment of Hydraulic Excavator
【摘要】 运动仿真是CAD技术的成功应用,已日益受到国内外厂家的重视。文章采用BorlandC++语言,以Windows为平台,在486微机上实现了MX80液压挖掘机工作装置运动仿真,绘制出包络图及各种特殊工况位置及数据。同时使用两种方法进行计算,从而保证了仿真的正确性。
【Abstract】 Kinematfor simulation is a successful application of CAD technique and is more and more valued by manufacturers home and abroad. A kinematics simulation software has been realized for the working equipment of MX80 hydraulic excavator on PC 486 computer with Borland CH language and Windows platform. Movement envelop diagram can be drawn and data on various positions of sPecific operating conditions can be obtained. The correctness of simulation is ensured by using both methods for the calculation at the same time.
