人窦房结胶原纤维比例与分型及在冠状动脉粥样硬化时的改变

【摘要】 目的:探讨窦房结(SAN)间质胶原纤维化的机理,观察SAN病理性纤维化与冠状动脉粥样硬化的关系。方法:采用天狼猩红染色偏光显微镜观察,选用非心脏病组47例,冠状动脉粥样硬化组7例,对其SAN胶原纤维比例及分型进行检测。结果:非心脏病组SAN以Ⅰ型胶原纤维为主,随着年龄增高Ⅲ型胶原纤维有所减少,但胶原纤维比例都有增高趋势。冠状动脉粥样硬化组Ⅲ型胶原纤维有反常性增高趋势。结论:SAN在衰老过程中胶原纤维的沉积速度减慢,但在冠状动脉粥样硬化时有加快的可能。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the mechaism of collagen fibroses in sinoatrial node(SAN), and to observe the relationships of pathological tibrosis in SAN and coronary atherosclerosis. Methods: Fifty - four cases of the SAN (forty - seven cases didn’t show any cardiac disease, and seven cases showed obvious coronary atherosclerosis)were stimated by mesh micrometer and Massons trochromatic staining.The type Ⅰ and Ⅲ of collagen fibers were detected by picrosirius red staining with polarzation microscopy. Results: In the group without heart disease, the ratio of type Ⅰ and Ⅱ of collagen fibers in SAN increased with aging.Type Ⅰ was the majority while type Ⅲ was the minority. Type Ⅲ of collagen fibers decreased with aging. In the group with coronary atherosclerosis, there was, more type Ⅲ of collagen fibers in SAN. Conclusions:The speed of collagen fiber depositation decreased with aging,and tend to increase abnormally in SAN with coronary atherosclerosis
