杨梅黑尾果蝇的食物诱杀防治效果
Effect of Killing Drosophila melanogaster with Food Bait in Red Bayberry
【摘要】 经3年(1995~1997年)的研究结果,危害杨梅果实的主要害虫是黑尾果蝇,被害果率达60%以上。该害虫繁殖速度快,世代重叠,历期短。在室内温度21~25℃、湿度75%~85%条件下饲养五代表明,黑尾果蝇世代历期4~7d,其中成虫15~25d,卵1~2d,幼虫06~07d,蛹11~21d。在杨梅果实进入第一高峰生长期开始,用敌百虫、香蕉、蜂蜜、食醋以10∶10∶6∶3比例配制成诱饵,防治试验区每6667m2投放10份诱饵诱杀,到杨梅采收期进行防治效果测定,结果表明防治区危害果率仅4%。
【Abstract】 Through 3 years′ investigation,it is known that Drosophila melanogaster is main injurious insect to red bayberry ( Myrica rubra ),and causes a damage more than 60% to the fruit.Under the temperature of 21~25℃and humidity of 75%~85%, life span of the insect is 4~7days which contains adult stage 1.5~2.5 days,egg 1~2 days,juvenila 0.6~0.7 day and pupa 1.1~2.1 days.This insect shows the properties of rapid reproduction,overlapping generations and short life cycle.The mixed bait of dipterex,banana,honey and vinegar with a ratio of 10∶10∶6∶3 was made up and 10 portions per 667m 2 was put in the field test plot during the first rapid growth period of bayberry.The percentage of damaged bayberry decreases to 4%.The effect of bait is significantly better than CK.
