【摘要】 介绍了１９９５年６月投产的安钢２４ｍ２烧结机采用的球团烧结生产工艺。两年多的生产实践表明，此工艺能提高烧结矿的产量、质量，降低固体燃耗。１９９８年１～２月烧结机利用系数达１．９１ｔ／（ｍ２·ｈ），ＦｅＯ为９．２６％，ＩＳＯ转鼓指数达７２．４２％，固体燃耗为４９．４１ｋｇ／ｔ，优于普通烧结工艺的指标。此外，高炉配用球团烧结矿后，高炉冶炼也取得了增铁节焦的效果更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces pellet sintering process on the newly built 24 m 2 sintering machine started in June,1995.After operational practice over two years in Jan. and Feb , 1998,sintering rate reached 1 91 t/(m 2·h)with FeO content of 9 26 %,tumbler index(ISO) of 72 42 %,solid fuel rate of 49 41 kg/t,which are better than that of normal sintering process.Good results have been achived in ironmaking with increased productivity and raduced coke rete.更多还原
