煅烧温度和硫酸盐化温度对MgO固硫特性的影响
EFFECT OF CALCINATION AND SULPHATION TEMPERATUREOF MgO ON SO2 CAPTURE
【摘要】 在不同的煅烧温度和不同的硫酸盐化温度条件下,以MgO为吸收剂,进行了固硫的实验研究。实验表明,菱镁矿(主要成分MgCO3)的煅烧温度越高,其煅烧产物MgO的比表面积越小,因而MgO硫酸盐化的初始反应速率越低。提高MgO硫酸盐化的反应温度能够增加MgO变成MgSO4的转化率。就最初反应速率而言,硫酸盐化反应温度的影响大于比表面积的影响。
【Abstract】 The characteristics of SO2 capture by MgO at different calcination and different sulphation temperatures have been studied experimentally It is found that the higher the calcination temperature of MgCO3,the smaller the specific surface area of MgO is,so is the initial reaction rate of sulphation of MgO As to the initial reaction rate,the influence of sulphation temperature is stronger than that of specific surface area of MgO
