B121型无铬高变催化剂低汽气比性能的研究
Study on the Properties of B121 Type Free-Chrome Catalyst for High Temperature Shifting Reaction at Low Ratio of Vapor to Gas
【摘要】 通过XPS、FT-IR及催化剂性能测定,B121型无铬高变催化剂加入的B助剂有2/3以氢氧化物形态存在,增加了催化剂表面OH-1浓度,提高变换反应速率.使催化剂在低汽气比下仍具有高活性,03汽气比下活性优于B112、ICI71-4,并未发现F-T副产物生成.工业使用表明,B121型催化剂最佳使用汽气比为046,与一般高变催化剂相比,汽气比低约015,节能效果显著.
【Abstract】 It is inferred by the measuring of XPS、FT-IR and catalytic properties that 2/3 of prompter B added in B121 type free-chrome HTS catalyst exist as hydroxide, with which the concentration of OH - on the surface and reaction velocity increasea, and results in the catalyst having high activity at low v/g ratio. It is shown that the catalytic properties of B121 prior to B112、ICI71-4 while the v/g ratio is 0 3 , and no F-T byproduct is found in the reaction product. Industrial use of B121 shows that the optimist v/g ratio is 0 46 . Compared with the original catalyst, B121 has significant effect on power saving with v/g ratio decreasing by 0 15.
