汽车传动轴按临界转速进行可靠性设计
Reliability Design on Critical Speed for Auto-Driveshaft
【摘要】 从机械振动理论出发,用可靠性设计中的联结方程,得出了其在常用工况下按传动轴的临界转速进行可靠性设计的公式.并以实例对传动轴按上述准则进行可靠性设计,结果传动轴的重量比原设计减少了436%,可靠性达到09999876以上.
【Abstract】 The paper starts from the theory of mechanical vibration, with tie equipment in the reliability design, and obtains a formula of design on critical speed in common use situation.From the practical example of reliability design for auto-driveshaft norms mentioned above, the result shows the reduction of weight of the auto-driveshaft is 43 6% more than that of the original design and the reliability reaches over 0 999 987 6.
