TiO2调变对MoO3/γ-Al2O3和CoO-MoO3/γ-Al2O3催化性能的影响
Effect of TiO2Modified γAl2O3 on the Catalytic Behavior of MoO3/γAl2O3 and CoOMoO3/γAl2O3
【摘要】 采用气相流动吸附法制备TiO2/γ-Al2O3复合载体,用浸渍法使其担载一定量的MoO3或CoO-MoO3.用XRD、LRS和TPR等技术,考察了Mo或Co-Mo催化剂的表面结构和还原性能,并用中压固定床反应装置测定催化剂的噻吩加氢脱硫(HDS)和环己烯加氢(HYD)的活性.结果表明,覆盖在γ-Al2O3上的TiO2能减弱MoO3与γ-Al2O3之间的相互作用,明显改善Mo催化剂的表面结构,促进MoO3的还原,提高Mo催化剂的HDS、HYD活性.适量CoO助剂的加入能促进MoO3在载体表面的分散,明显提高Mo催化剂的HDS活性.
【Abstract】 おiO2/γAl2O3 complex support is prepared by using gas phase adsorption method and a definite amount of MoO3 or CoOMoO3 is deposited on the TiO2/γAl2O3 by impregnation. Techniques including XRD, LRS, TPR, are used to study the surface structure and reduction behavior of Mo or Co-Mo catalyst. Thiophene hydrodesulfurization(HDS) and cyclohexene hydrogenation(HYD) activities of the catalyst are measured in a fixedbed reactor under 30 MPa H2 pressure. The results reveal that TiO2 covering γAl2O3 can weaken the interaction between MoO3 and γAl2O3, improve effectively the surface structure of Mo catalyst, promote the reduction of MoO3 and enhance the HDS and HYD activitiesA definite amount of CoO added into Mo catalyst can promote the dispersion of MoO3 on the surface of the support and effectively enhance the HDS activity of the Mo catalyst in a hydrotreating process.
