【Abstract】 The polymorphic STR locus D6S366 was analyzedusing PCR and PAG electrophoresis and 7 alleles weredetected from 200 unrelated individuals in Wuhan. Theallete distribution of the locus was in accordance withHardy-Weinberg equilibrium. The H, Dp, P, E, and PICof the D6S366 were calculated in this paper.更多还原
