【Abstract】 Rutin power pharmaceuticals were analyzed nondestractively by near-infrared diffusion reflectance spectroscopy com-bined with partial least Square (PLS) method. The influence of wavelength on the quantitative prediction of PLS is dis-cussed. The relative standard errors of prediction for calibration samples and prediction samples were 0.0030% and1.6713 %, respectively.更多还原
