【Abstract】 In this paper, several kinds of CE MS interface including ESI, ISP, APCI, FAB, PD and MALDI are introduced. The present situation and the prospect of capillary electrophoresis techniques such as CZE, CITP, CGE, MEKC and CITP, coupling with mass spectrometry including SSQ MS, TSQ MS, FTICR MS, TOF MS, ICP MS and magnetic sector MS, were described. The applications of CE MS to analyse protein and peptide, tryptic digests, nucleotide,drug and its metabolites were reviewed.更多还原
