药物敏感场效应晶体管的研究 Ⅲ磷钨酸-麻黄碱敏感场效应晶体管的研制与应用

【摘要】 将离子敏感场效应晶体管(ISFET)与药物敏感膜相结合,研制成一种对麻黄碱有良好响应的药物敏感场效应晶体管传感器(DrugFET).该器件具有全固态化、体积小、易微型化、集成化和多功能化等优点.采用磷钨酸作电活性物质,制成PVC膜ISFET,对麻黄碱的线性响应范围为3.0×10-6~1.0×10-1mol/L,检出限为1.0×10-6mol/L,传感器适宜的pH范围为3.0~8.0.用该传感器分析麻黄碱片剂的含量,结果和药典方法吻合.

【Abstract】 This paper is about the development of a kind of drug sensitive field effect transistor(DrugFET) of ephedrine hydrochloride by the combination of ISFET and drug sensitive membranes. It’s a solid state,small size and can be miniatured,integrated,fast response and low output impedance. The ephedrineFET,which is based on phosphotunstic acid as electric active material,exhibits Nernstion response for ephedrine cation with a slope of 57 8mV/decade(20℃) over the concentration range of 3.0×10 -6  ̄1.0×10 -1 mol/L at pH 3.0 ̄8.0. The detection limit is 1.0×10 -6 mol/L. Its has been used for the determination of ephedrine in medicinal tablet. The results obtained agree with the pharmacoeia method.
