以β-环糊精为增敏剂催化光度法测定锰
Determination of Manganese by Catalytic Spectrophotometry with β cyclodextrin as the Sensitizer
【摘要】 基于β-环糊精作增敏剂,锰(Ⅱ)催化高碘酸钾氧化靛红的反应,拟定了测量痕量锰的新催化光度法.由于添加了β-环糊精,灵敏度提高了21倍(锰含量0~3.2ng·mL-1),和59倍(锰含量3.2~8.8ng·mL-1),相对标准偏差为2.5%(n=11),检出限为1.1×10-10g·mL-1,可用于铝合金中锰的测定,初步探讨了有关反应机理.
【Abstract】 A new catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace amount of Mn(Ⅱ) has been developed. The method is based on the oxidation of indigo carmine(IC) by potassium periodate in the presence of nitrilo triacetic acid as an activator and β cyclodextrin (β CD)as sensitizer.The mechanism of related reaction has been discussed. Because of the addition of β CD,the sensitivity raised 21~59 times. The linear ranges of determination are 0~3.2 ng·mL -1 and 3.2~8.8 ng·mL -1 for Mn(Ⅱ).The detection limit is 1.1×10 -10 g·mL -1 , the ralative standard deviation is 2.5%( n =11). The method can be used for the determination of Mn(Ⅱ)in aluminium alloy samples.
