混合表面活性剂存在下二溴羟基苯基荧光酮光度法测定痕量铜
Spectrophetomotric Determination of Trace Amounts of Copper with 2,3,7-Trihydroxy-9-Dibromo- Hydroxyphenyl Fluorone(DBH-PF) in the Presence of CPC and Tween-40
【摘要】 研究了在氯化十六烷基吡啶(CPC)和吐温-40存在下,铜与二溴羟基苯基荧光酮(DBH-PF)显色反应.结果表明,在pH6.0~7.1的六次甲基四胺-盐酸缓冲溶液中,铜与DBH-PF形成1∶1配合物,其最大吸收峰位于570nm处,摩尔吸光系数为1.2×105L·mol-1·cm-1,铜含量在0~6μg/25mL范围内符合比尔定律.方法用于测定环境水标样及牛肝粉标样中的痕量铜,结果满意.
【Abstract】 A spectrophotometric method for determination of trace amounts of Copper with DBH-PF is described. In a medium of pH 6.0~7.1,copper reacts with DBH-PF to form a 1∶1 complex in the presence of CPC and Tween-40.The molar absorptivity is 1.2×10 5 L·mol -1 ·cm -1 at 570nm. Beer’s law is obeyed for Cu 2+ in the range of 0~6μg/25mL. Trace amount of copper in environmental water sample and ox-liver powder sample have been determined by proposed method and the results obtained are satisfactory.
