钒(Ⅴ)-Ferron-NaBrO3体系极谱吸附催化波的研究
Studies on the Polarographic Adsorptive Catalytic Wave of Vanadium(Ⅴ) 7-Iodo-8-Hydroxyquinoline-5-Sulfonic Acid (Ferron)Sodium Bromate System
【摘要】 在pH5.8乙酸盐缓冲溶液中,V(Ⅴ)-7-碘-8-羟基喹啉-5-磺酸-NaBrO3体系产生一灵敏的吸附平行催化波,二次导数峰高与V(Ⅴ)浓度在2.9×10-9~4.7×10-7mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检出限为1×10-9mol/L.研究了电极反应机理,方法应用于水中钒的测定,结果满意.
【Abstract】 In the 0.1mol/L acetate buffer solution (pH5.8) containing 2.0×10 -6 mol/L Ferron and 0.1 mol/L NaBrO3, a sensitive polarographic adsorptive catalytic wave of V(Ⅴ)Ferron complex was obtained by single-sweep polarography.The peak potential of this wave appears at -0.85V (vs.SCE).The change of the peak height with the concentration of V(Ⅴ)is linear in the range from 2.9×10 -9 mol/L to 4.7×10 -7 mol/L.The detection limit is 1×10 -9 mol/L .The mechanism of the electrode reaction has been studied and the proposed method has been successfully applied to the determination of V(Ⅴ) in water.
