基于苯并噁唑类化合物荧光猝灭的5-硝基巴比土酸光纤传感器的研制
Optical Fiber Sensors for 5-Nitrobarbiturate Based on Fluorescence Quenching of Benzoxazole Compounds
【摘要】 基于5-硝基巴比土酸对增塑的PVC膜中苯并噁唑类化合物的荧光猝灭作用,研制 了测定水溶液中5-硝基巴比土酸的荧光光纤传感器。传感器具有重现性高,选择性、可逆性 好,响应时间短,操作简便等特点,对5-硝基巴比土酸的检出限为9.52 ×10-7mol/L。将所研 制的传感器用于合成样品中5-硝基巴比土酸回收率的测定,结果令人满意。
【Abstract】 Optical fiber sensors for 5-nitrobarbiturate based on fluorescence quenching of benzoxazole compounds dissolved in plasticized poly(vinyl chloride) films bave been prepared. The sensors exhibit high reproducibility, good selectivity and reversibility, short response time and simple operation, with a detection limit of 9× 10-7 mol/L. The proposed sensors were successfully applied to the determination of 5-nitrobarbituate in synthetic samples with satisfactory recoveries.
