微分吸附计时电位法测定痛力克

【摘要】 非成瘾性高效镇痛新药痛力克在硫酸底液中产生一灵敏的微分吸附计时电位溶出峰,峰电位在-1.0 V(vs.SCE,以下同)。利用该峰测定痛力克的线性范围为 0.02- 2.0 mg/L;检测限为 0.004 mg/L。用线性扫描、循环伏安等方法研究了该体系的电化学行为和电极反应机理,认为所研究体系属于有吸附性的不可逆还原过程,电极反应的电子转移数为2,参与电极反应的质子数为2。用该方法测定了片剂中痛力克的含量,结果满意。

【Abstract】 A derivative chronopotentiometry for the determination of a new anti-inflammatory and analgesic drug, ketorolac tromethamine (KTM) in H2SO4. solution was developed. The peak potential was -1.00 V(vs. SCE). The linear relationship between peak height and the concentration of KTM held in the range of 0 .02 - 2. 0 mg/L, with the detection limit of 0. 004 mg/L. The electrochemical behaviour and the mechanisms of the electrode reaction were studied by means of linear sweep voltammetry and cyclic voltammetry etc.. The wave was confirmed to be of adsorptive and irreversible. The electron transfer number n = 2, and the number of protons of the elected reaction was founed to be 2. The developed method has been used for the determination of ketorolac tromethamine in dosage form.
