主成分回归-催化动力学-掩蔽法同时测定钼和钨
Simultaneous Determination of Tungsten(Ⅵ ) and Molybdenum (Ⅵ ) by Principal Component Regression and Masking Agent
【摘要】 利用掩蔽剂与催化同一指示反应的多种催化剂之间的掩蔽反应速率或程度的差异,提出通过一次动力学过程的测量,同时测定多种催化剂的方法。当掩蔽反应为快速反应或可逆反应时,该方法同样适用。以H2O2氧化KI为指示反应,柠檬酸作为掩蔽剂,借助微机直接记录碘离子选择电极在反应过程中的电位变化,以主成分回归(PCR)作为建模和预报的多元校正方法,对Mo(Ⅵ)和W(Ⅵ)进行了同时测定。
【Abstract】 A kinetic method for simultaneous determination of Mo (VI ) and W(VI ) catalysts is proposed. Based on the difference in rate or degree of a masking reaction between catalyst and masking agent, catalyst with similar chemical property can be determined through a single kinetic run. This method can also be used even if the masking reaction is very fast or reverse. As an example, based on the catalytic effects of MO(VI) and W(VI ) on the reaction between KI and H2O2 the mixture of both catalysts were determined simultaneously by using citric arid as a masking agent and principal component regression as the multivariate calibration method. In the reaction process, the change of the potential of iodine ion selective electrode with time was synchronously recorded by a computer.
