气相色谱法估算多环芳烃生物浓缩系数
The Estimation of Bioconcentration Factor of Polyaromatic Hydrocarbon by Gas Chromatography
【摘要】 提出用气相色谱相对比保留体积(Vg(r))估算多环芳烃(PAH)在鱼体内的生物浓缩系数(BCF)。测定了草鱼对萘、联苯、β-甲基萘、2,3-二甲基萘、2,7-二甲基萘、苊、菲7种PAH的BCF。建立了在6种不同极性色谱固定相上的BCF与Vg(r)的一元回归方程和BCF与Vg(r)、一阶分子连接性指数(1 X)的二元回归方程。统计检验表明,两类回归方程总体显著相关,且方程的相关性不受固定相极性的影响。
【Abstract】 A new method for estimating bioconcentration factor (BCF) of polyaromatic hydrocarbon (naphthalene, biphenyl, β-methyl-naphthalene, 2, 7-dimethyl-naphthalene, 2, 3-dimethyl-naphthalene, acenaphthene and phenanthrene) in grass carp is discussed. The chromatographic parameter of Vg(r), relative specific retention volume, is used to estimate BCF in grass carp. It is not only established the monedic recession equation (Type 1 Eq. ) of BCF and Vg(r) but also the binary regnssion equation (Type 11 Eq. ) of BCF, Vg(r) and 1 X on stationary phases of sir kinds of different polarity. Statistical examination shows that the significant correlation is present for hath regression equations. The correlation of equations is not affected by the polarity of the stationary phases.
