甘油三酯微生物传感器的研制
Studies On Microbial Sensor for Triglyceride
【摘要】 以白地霉菌为甘油三酯水解反应的酶源,采用pH玻璃电极为基础电极研制成甘油三酯微生物传感器。对细菌的筛选和培养条件、传感器制作方法和传感器的响应性能进行了研究。在28℃时,选择磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH7.5)为测量介质,测得所制传感器对甘油三酯的响应线性范围为:3.94× 10-6~ 1.91 × 10-3 mol/L,响应斜率为:37.4 mV/dec;响应时间为:5~15 min。使用寿命可达28 d。
【Abstract】 A microbial sensor for the determination of triglyceride was prepared in this paper. Geotri chum candidum was used as the biocatalyst and pH glass electrode was used as the base electrode. The effects of the culture medicum, immobilized methods of the microorganism and the response characteristics of the sensor were studied. The response of the sensor has a linear range between 3.94 × 10-6 - 1 .91 × 10-3 mol/L triglyceride with a slope of 37 .4 mV/dec in the pH 7.5 phosphate buffer solution at 28 ℃. The response the is 5 - 15 min. The sensor is stable for28 days.
