Interference of High Concentration of Nickel on the Determination of Selenium and Its Elimination in Hydride Generation-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry
The interference of high concentration of nickel on the determination of selenium was studied. The effects of some organic and inorganic weak acids, such as phosphoric acid, citric acid, formic acid, tartaric acid and oxalic acid on the reducing of the interference of nickel were investigated. It was observed that all the investigated acid effectively eliminated the interference of nickel.
