【Abstract】 Sodium tetraphenyl borate enhances the light emission from the horseradish peroxidase catalyzed oxidation of luminol by hydrogen peroxide. Optimization study showed that the greatest enhancement was obtained using micromolar concentrations of the new enhancer. HRP assay was established using this novel CL system.
