衍生化气相色谱法分离2-辛醇对映体
Enantioseparation of Chiral 2-Octanol Via Derivatization Gas Chromatography
【摘要】 利用R-(+)-苯乙基异氰酸酯与外消旋2-辛醇反应,产生相应的异氰酸酯非对映体 衍生物,在气相色谱上得到分离,根据色谱图中两异构体峰面积差值,计算出对映体过量值, 且与利用旋光仪测得的旋光纯度比较,结果相一致。相对误差<±1%。该法只需微量样品就 可以简单、快速、准确地测得对映体过量值。
【Abstract】 Octanol enantiomers were derivatized with (R)-(+)-phenylethyl isocyanate and the resulting diastereoisomers were separated by gas chromatography. The enantiomeric excess was calculated by the peak area of the diastereoisomers. The results of optical purity by optical rotation are in good agreement with those obtained by the method of gas chromatography. The average deviations for the enantiomeric excess determined by gas chromatography are less than 0. 8. The relative errors are not more than ±1 %. The quantitative analysis is fast,simple and accurate.
