荧光法测定乙醇在十二烷基硫酸钠胶束中的分配行为
Fluorimetric Determination of Distribution Behaviour of Ethanol in SDS Micellar System
【摘要】 乙醇浓度C<5×10-3mol/L,乙醇主要与胶束相结合,C>8×10-2mol/L,乙醇主要进入水相,在5×10-3~8×10-2mol/L范围内,同时进入水相与胶束相。
【Abstract】 Flourimetric determinations show that there are certain relations between the concentration of ethanol C and the binding constants K and the distribution coefficient Pmw of ethanol in SDS micellar systems. When C<5 ×10-3 mol·L-1, most of the alcohol molecules exist in micellar phase; when C>8 × 10-2 mol· L-1, most of the alcohol molecules exist in water phase ; and when C value is between 5 × 10-3- 8 × 10-2 mol· L-1, alcohol molecules exist in water phase and micellar phase simultaneously.
