关于管道环向穿透裂纹的应力强度因子
Stress Intensity Factors for Circumferential Cracked Pipes
【摘要】 由守恒积分给出的裂纹尖端近场以应力强度因子表示的积分值,并利用Jk积分概念及管道膜应力的初等分析,提出了计算裂纹管应力强度因子的一个方法。给出了适用于各种载荷的Ⅰ型管道环向穿透裂纹的应力强度因子表达式,以及拉伸环向周期裂纹管应力强度因子的计算公式,从而建立了一个简单而有效的求解方法。
【Abstract】 Based on the integral value of conservation law in the field near to crack tip and the physical meaning of Jk integral and elementary membrane stress analysis for cracked pipes. A method of calculating stress factor is proposed. Some formulae of type I stress intensity factors suitable to varous kinds of loads for circumferential cracked pipes and periodic cracked pipe are also guen. Then a simple and effective method is established.
