【Abstract】 According to the principle of approximate solubility parameter, a kind of cold type antirust strippable plastic has been developed with outstanding antirust abilities and great mechanical characters. The result showed that new product also showed excellent characters such as levelling property, little drying time,great lightness,transparence,tenacity and strength, and so on.
