【摘要】 本文调查研究了世界范围内和我国正在运行的核电厂放射性污染物向环境的排放及其对公众的照射，历史上发生的核电厂严重事故对环境的放射性污染及其后果，我国对核电厂放射性污染防治的管理和国际组织、美国、德国等对放射性污染防治的立法情况，并对我国在核电厂放射性污染防治方面尚存在的一些问题提出了意见，建议进一步加强相关的法制建设和加强核电厂环境放射性污染防治的监督。更多还原

【Abstract】 The environmental radioactive releases and exposure to human being due to operation of nuclear power plants in the world and in China,environmental contamination and consequences caused by severe nuclear power plant accidents in the history,control of the radioactive contamination in China,and some nuclear laws on the radioactive contamination control established by international organizations and USA etc. are described in this paper according to literature investigation and research.Some problems and comments in radioactive contamination control for nuclear power plants in China are presented.Therefore,perfecting laws and regulations and enhancing surveillances on the contamination control are recommended.更多还原
