【摘要】 高校图书馆读者违章行为的表现形式主要有四种：（１）损害文献资源；（２）不守阅览规则、违反借阅制度；（３）不爱护公共设施、破坏环境卫生；（４）不尊重工作人员及其劳动。违章行为受违章动机和违章心理的支配，每一种违章行为的背后都有它的动机，每一种违章行为过程中都进行着不同的心理活动，产生着不同的心理反映，认识和分析这些违章动机和心理反映，可以帮助我们查寻违章行为产生的根源和屡禁不止的原因——主观的、客观的；自身的、社会的，便于加强对读者的教育引导，然后进一步制定出纠正和防止违章行为的措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The typical manifestations of readers’ dishonourable behaviour are of four: (1) damaging the books; (2)not observing the reading and borrowing regulations; (3)not taking good care of public facilities or sabotaging general sanitation; (4)being rude to staff members. All these dishonourable behaviour is governed by their abnormal motivation or psychology. Getting to know and analysing such motivation and psychology helps us seek the roots of their dishonourable behaviour and can also provide us with information to take better measures to check and prevent such misdeeds.更多还原
