【Abstract】 This paper gives a definition of recursion to an economic system and then defines six basic characteristics of the economic system:(1)Scarcity; (2)Selfishness and synergism of the whole;(3)Self organizing and organized property;(4)Nonliner and dynamic property ;(5)Generalized cost to be least;(6)Holoinformation property.
