【摘要】 利用1640作基础培养液,加入淋球菌生长因子及多种抗生素等物质,配制了淋球菌增菌培养基。与革兰染色和巧克力(色)培养基对照进行淋球菌检测。结果,临床诊断急性淋病24例,革兰染色、巧克力(色)培养基、增菌培养基阳性检出率分别为91.67％、98.53和100％临床诊断慢性淋病15例,阳性检出率分别为40％、53.33％,和80％。淋球菌增菌培养基对淋球菌的阳性检出率高于革兰染色和巧克力(色)培养基。更多还原

【Abstract】 Adding gonococcus growth factor and antibiotics to 1640 basal medium, the authors prepared duplicating medium for gonococcus. This medium was used for culture and detection of gonococcus. 24 known acute gonorrhea samples were tested with gram strain, chocolate blood agar medium and duplicating medium, and the sensitivities were 91.67%, 95.83% and 100% respectively. In 15 known chronic gonorrhea samples the sensitivities of 3 methods were 40%, 53.33% and 80% respectively. The conclusions indicated that the sensitivity of duplicating medium was higher than the other two.更多还原
