W-N-Cu重合金固溶强化的机理研究

【摘要】 应用宏观力学性能、断裂强度与微观组织结构相结合的分析研究方法,采用JCXA-733型电子探针显微分析仪及二次电子图像(SEH)较系统地观察了液相烧结的W-Ni-Cu重合金的断口形貌,分析研究了断裂行为行径,应用背散射电子图像(BEI),吸收电子图像(AEl),以及W,Ni,Cu的特征X射线做了线扫描、面扫描图像(X-Rayl),同时做了定点定量ZAF的分析,研究了W-Ni-Cu重合金中粘结相的固溶度,探讨了固溶强化和不平衡凝固的机制,阐述了重合金的断裂机理,为提高W-Ni-Cu重合金的强度具有理论和实际意义。

【Abstract】 Methods for used to study the microstructure and mechanical properties density are dis—cussed. The solid solution strengthen of W in Ni and Cu for W. Ni—Cu heavy allov was anaIysiyed by secondary electron image(SEI),Backscattered electron image(BEl),Ab—sorbed electron image(AEI)and point Iine areas(ZAF)of WL.,NiK.,CuK. X-Ray with JCXA-733 type electron probe. The fracture behaviour of W—Ni. Cu heavy alloy was obser-Vated and analysised. The fracture mechanism of heavy alloy was cIarified. The solid solu—tlon strengthening and nonequilibrium solidification was discussed. The ways to improveproperties of heavy alloy were proposed. All these results are important both in theory andin practice for developing high precision and high stabitity navigational gvrorotor materials.
