【摘要】 目的：探讨急性硬膜外血肿诊治过程中影响疗效的主要原因。方法：通过４３例急性硬膜外血肿病例的总结，举例分析非典型硬膜外血肿在诊治过程中的失误及其对疗效的影响。结果：在没有ＣＴ检查条件下的某些非功能区急性硬膜外血肿，以及颅后窝、迟发性等急性硬膜外血肿，由于临床表现不典型，早期诊断困难，常错失手术时机，造成严重后果。结论：非典型急性硬膜外血肿，易发生漏诊或误诊，而影响疗效。提高对这些类型血肿的认识，是减少后遗症、降低死亡率的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:The purpose of this paper was to point out a few important factors which will influence the result of treatments of acute extradural hematoma.Methods:Through analysis and summarization of these cases we also discussed a few particular atypical cases that improper treatment of acute extradural hematoma will result in poor effect of the patients.Results:Acute extradural hematoma in unfunctional area when CT examination was unavailable,and delayed developed,posterior fossa acute extradural hematoma when their clinical symptoms were not clear nor typical will delay or lost of optional surgical intervention leaded to serious consequences.Conclusions:Becanse of atypical acute extradural hematoma is easily overlooked,error or miss diagnosis are common.This will influence the result of treatment.To improve the knowledge and thoroughly understanding of acute extadural hematoma is the key to reduce the complications,sequelae and decrease the mortality of this disease.更多还原
