水稻草矮病毒与品种抗性的互作
Interaction between rice grassy stunt virus and varieties resistance
【摘要】 对当前推广的和近年选育的13个水稻品种抗性进行初步鉴定.结果表明,不同水稻品种对草矮病毒的抗性存在明显差异.以各品种的发病比率划分抗性等级,结果未发现有免疫品种.筛选出高抗品种1个,占总数的7.7%;中抗品种7个,占总数的53.8%;中感品种4个,占总数的30.8%;高感品种1个,占总数的7.7%.不同抗性品种的症状表现也有所不同.利用A蛋白酶联免疫吸附反应(SPA-ELISA)检测结果表明,水稻品种抗性程度与病株中病毒含量呈负相关,且在水稻不同发病时期、不同部位病株体内的病毒含量也有所不同
【Abstract】 The resistance of 13 rice varieties to rice grassy stunt virus (RGSV) was identified. The results showed that the resistances were different. There were one variety of high resistance, 7.7% of the total, seven varieties of middle resistance, 53.[KG-4]8% of the total, four varieties of middle susceptible, 30.8% of the total, one variety of high susceptible, 7.7% of the total and no immune varieties. The infected plants of different resistant varieties also showed different symptoms. Detection of RGSV by SPA ELISA showed that the resistance of rice varieties was negatively correlated to the virus concentration and the contents of virus were different in different parts and periods of rice plants. The concentration of high susceptible varieties was highest and lowest in high resistant varieties, even could not be detected.
