驱动式圆盘犁机组的受力分析

【摘要】 以整个机组为对象,对驱动式圆盘犁机组作受力分析.计算了拖拉机前后轮载荷的变动量,机组的直线行驶性能,驱动式圆盘犁在水平面内的平衡,以及工作参数、悬挂参数对水平面内平衡的影响,并以1LYQ-422驱动式圆盘犁机组田间实测数据进行验算.结果表明,拖拉机前后轮载荷变动量及偏转力矩均较小;当耕作速度较大时,圆盘偏角对平衡性能影响较大;水平瞬心π2靠近驱动轮轴及右侧时可提高平衡能力.

【Abstract】 In this paper ,the forces on power driven disk plowtractor mounting unit and the performance of keeping tractor traveling straight were calculated, the formula of load alterations on the tractor′s front and back wheels have been deduced,and the effect of working and linkage parameters on power driven disk plow balance on horizontal were discussed. There was a further calculation using the field test data of 1LYQ422 power driven disk plowtractor mounting unit.The results showed that the load alterations on the tractor′s front and back wheels were small, and there was a significant effect of disk tilt angle on balance performance. The balance capacity could be improved by π2 near the right side of driving wheels.
