【Abstract】 The natural population life table of diamondback moth (DBM), Plutella xylostella (L.) in Fuzhou in September and October was constructed, which indicated that the most important factor influencing the natural population of DBM was predation and others and its index of population control (IPC) was 2.8125; the second was parasitism at the stages of larva and pupa and its IPC was 2.3181; the IPC of disease was 1.2141.
