【Abstract】 This paper analyses the effects of closing time, hot-pressing temperature, consumption of adhesive and moisture content of fiber after sized on the pre-hardening of dry processing MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard). By the orthogonal experimental program, the optimum technological parameters are obtained. The results indicate that the pre-hardening thickness of MDF can be reduced to 0.5-1.0mm,and the main mechanical and physical properties of MDF can meet quality requirements of National MDF Standard (GB11718-89).更多还原
