减少干法MDF预固化的探讨
Study on Reducing the Pre-hardening of Dry Processing MDF
【摘要】 本文分析了闭合时间、施胶量、热压温度及干燥、施胶后纤维含水率对干法MDF预固化的影响,通过正交试验,确定较优工艺参数.试验结果表明,MDF预固化层可减少到0.5~1.0mm,主要物理力学性能达到中纤板国家标准(GB11718-89)所规定的指标.
【Abstract】 This paper analyses the effects of closing time, hot-pressing temperature, consumption of adhesive and moisture content of fiber after sized on the pre-hardening of dry processing MDF (Medium Density Fiberboard). By the orthogonal experimental program, the optimum technological parameters are obtained. The results indicate that the pre-hardening thickness of MDF can be reduced to 0.5-1.0mm,and the main mechanical and physical properties of MDF can meet quality requirements of National MDF Standard (GB11718-89).
