【Abstract】 Using 2D NMR in combination with X-ray single crystal diffraction method, we have studied preliminary the con formation of the native hTNFαDa and its stability in solu- tion. The results show that hTNFαDa is dissociated into monomer and random coil gradually when the urea concentration is about 5 mol. L-1,and NMR relaxation measurement also confirms this conformation change under the action of urea.更多还原
