固体超强酸催化下由肌苷合成四乙酰核糖
Preparation of 1, 2, 3, 5-tetraacetyl-β-D-ribofuranose from Inoseine Under Catalysis of Solid Superacids
【摘要】 研究了以SO／ZrO和SO／TiO两种固体超强酸为催化剂，由肌苷酰化合成四乙酰核糖的反应，并考察了不同反应条件对产物得率的影响，获得了该合成的最佳反应条件。
【Abstract】 Preparation of 1, 2, 3, 5-tetraacetyl-β-D-ribofuranose from inosing under catalysis of solid superacids (SO/ZrO, SO/TiO ) was studied. The change of the reaction yield under different conditions was also studied, and the optimal reaction conditions were obtained.
